As was expected, there would be some hecklers at Tiger’s “comeback” at the Masters.
But as he played his first hole, a small plane flew overhead — carrying a banner reading “Tiger: Did you mean ‘bootyism?” The quip was a reference to several public apologies made by Woods in late March; he told ESPN’s Sports Center that he “had gotten away from my core values” while cheating on his wife Elin“I’d gotten away from my Buddhism. And I quit meditatitng.”
Then…
Woods didn’t appear to see the snarky banner — or the one carried by another plane that flew above later. That one read “Sex addict? Yeah. Right. Me Too!!”
